Butterfly™ and Sustainability
Butterfly™, by ENLIVE Automation is a modular, cutting-edge digitalization software designed to optimize production lines and maximize productivity and performance. The system works as a digital twin that replicates production components and systems to identify, test, and resolve issues. This helps to enhance operations, while reducing waste and energy consumption.
Developed in close collaboration with SAIP Advanced Polyurethane Equipment, a globally recognized leader in polyurethane processing equipments and part of POZZI INDUSTRIES GROUP, the same industrial group as ENLIVE Automation, Butterfly™ was conceived and refined through real-world testing on SAIP’s advanced continuous production lines for sandwich panels. This collaboration allowed Butterfly™ to be built around the complex needs of high-performance, precision-driven manufacturing environments—making it not just a theoretical solution, but a battle-tested platform with proven impact.
By streamlining production processes, Butterfly™ enables data-driven insights and predictive maintenance to ensure sustainable operations at every step of production.
Through its core modules, Butterfly™ helps to pinpoint inefficiencies and predicts equipment failure before significant energy or material waste occurs.
