During the exhibition, we will be discussing about our BUTTERFLY™ technology, a state-of-the-art digital manufacturing software, integrated in our sandwich panel production lines, developed by SAIP’s sister company ENLIVE Automation. With its advanced digitalization technology, our software optimizes production processes and boosts efficiency. By streamlining operations, BUTTERFLY™ minimizes energy consumption, reduces raw material waste and optimizes maintenance needs.
Our experts will illustrate and explain to the visitors some information concerning SAIP range of products, which includes:
- CONTITECH and DITECH: continuous and discontinuous production lines for sandwich panels with PU/PIR/MIWO core;
- High and low pressure foaming machines;
- REFTECH: complete foaming lines for the insulation with polyurethane foam of professional and domestic refrigerators;
- SAIPTECH: automatic foaming systems with cartesian manipulators and robots (oval carousels, multi station rotary tables);
- PIPETECH: pre-insulated pipes production lines;
- REPUR®: SAIP technology which transforms powders deriving from the processing of polyurethane into useful products. It has been launched in Italy with private events with great success.
